Uhmm, i will check the fuse, but how do i check the relay and where's located? I believe there a buttom to press to turn on the defrost, right? It seen like the light's on but some part of the defrost lines working but it not the whole rear defrost's working. Just some parts of the line working..

Ford of Canada dealers sell a rear defrost repair kit in a bottle under their Motorcraft line. Used it before, seems to work ok, not sure about long term durability. Basically a conductive metallic based paint.

You may want to try a higher quality product, or contact your local Honda dealer to see what options they have available. If it gets bad enough, you might consider buying a used rear window.
I remember my dad using some of this years ago. It worked okay for him as well. I don't recall the brand. Only that it was "a copper paint-like substance."

My bad. Based on your description, I assumed they were not working at all. Don't worry about the fuse or relay since the defogger is getting power.

Looking forward to go My Local HOnda dealer which's not very far from me. I hope there something for my Rear defrost lines. I didn't think my rear defrost lines that bad because some part of it work. I have been told that in defrost line go broken it will not work 100%

If you can get your hands on a Haynes Repair manual for 01-05 civics (available on amazon, Ebay, autozone has them also). there is a section for checking and repairing these lines (sect. 12-13 and 12-14) . It says to make sure the repair kit (available at most auto parts stores) includes plastic conductive epoxy. You'll need some steel wool, rubbing alcohol, and masking tape also. It has some illustrations to help....

I didn't went to the dealer but when to some autio glass shop and they said that the window would need to replace. It costs around $200 to change the whole rear window and that included a new defrost lines. Damn, it was expensive but i just wasted $10 on crappy line kits, that didn't work. I always wonder how to fix the rear defrost lines but didn't have the chance to figure out what was the problem. I know i had the lines painted and still it wouldn't work. Next time very cautious cleaning or tinting the rear window or removing it.
