Default AC nightmare help

Need help with my typical hot garbage 7th gen ac system. It only comes on if you jump the relay but the fans refuse to work so it won’t get cold. I’ve tried two different used compressors that both worked on other civics, pressure is good, no major leaks, checked fuses, tried jumping the fan switch, ground is ok, all visible wires/plugs look good, and even tried the evaporator temp sensor under the dash. I’m about ready to just take it in and pay god knows how much to have it fixed cause unless there’s something I’ve missed that’s unique to this car this is beyond bs

Pull the AC pin at the PCM to ground to make sure the wiring and safety circuits all work as intended. This would tell you the issue is in the request for AC and not the actual AC hardware.

I think I may have found the problem. The only thing I could think of that I haven’t checked is the actual fan motors. I just connected them directly to the battery with some little hot wires. I’m pretty sure the condenser fan is the one on the right closest to the ac components and the one on the left is the radiator fan but I just saw online that they’re both supposed to run together but you can run on one if needed like if one motor goes out. Well apparently my condenser fan is fine but the radiator fan won’t come on so apparently I’ve been driving this car for like over 6 years including 12 hour road trips to Texas and Florida from Tennessee with one radiator fan.

It turns out the new fan didn’t fix my problem as I was hoping. Are you talking about the AC Clutch red wire? That’s the only one I can see on this list I found that’s AC related for the ECU pins. I’m not good with electrical stuff at all

Afternoon, I had a similar issue I also had the brake light staying on, on the dash, not the tail lights I troubleshot it till blue in the face (Ohmed all the wires, meg them, etc.) it ended up being a Muly plex control unit (Fuse box under the dash) NOTE There are 2 different part numbers for an M/T and auto trans. after I got it running I ended up changing out the A/C compressor with a Deno off Amazon like 225$ and a fan door man rock auto like 40.00 Besides having to slam the hood every now and then to get it to work it was all good. Keep the car going man at 400$ + a month for a new car a fuse box is worth it- good luck
