and lots of it since its a completely different car. and if you can talk someone into making it fit, it wont look right because the lines and the shape on the cars are so different.

but if he got a carbon fiber lip from a 99-00 civic it would probably damage it since it doesnt jus "slip right on" you have to stretch those lips to fit/
may i ask another stupid question....why a body kit? its 2009, u live in america so by know you should know that body kits have been out for quite some time now....even a carbon body kit....that aint ballin. pretty much body kits = laughing @ u/your car FOREVER!
remember this is my opinion and im entitled to it. when you come on here asking questions like that you'd better have your flame suit ready.

oem then, you can buy the factory aero kit online made for your car, that way you save the time of buying something that isnt made for your car, and have it break as you try and stretch it to fit... you can find aero kit at www.handaaccessories.com or you can buy a lip from jdmshit.com

You can find 01-03 front lips by the dozen on multiple sites, and they should go on smoothly, like stated above the 99-00 still requires some work to get it on, but yes, it will work.

The answer to the OP's question is no.
I am currently fabricating a frankenstein front bumper with half an RSX bumper, and half an 03 civic bumper, it has been taking many many hours and hard labor to make it happen, but it's coming together. Check out my thread in the paint and body forum called "exterior build thread by eyger" Just for kicks I asked some body shops how much it was going to cost to do such a thing and they said anywhere between 1 to 1500 for the fabrication.
I know for a fact that Extreme dimensions makes carbon fiber body kits, for any car they make regular kits for. (well it's been a while, but I was asking them about it a couple years back) and they said it's special order of course, so you can have them make any one of their regular body kits in CF, takes like six months lead time last I heard. Easiest way to fake it? Get a regular fiberglass bumper and wrap it in CF. Or just stick with fiberglass, it's nicer to paint it anyways.
