HELP! 01 LX new compressor, expansion valve, and dryer and not cold enough :(
Hey guys i have a problem with my air conditioner, i had to replace my compressor due to a clutch issue but i also got the expansion valve and dryer/receiver replaced as well and now the AC wont get as cold as it used to be, compressor is not cycling off, it only gets a bit cool at night time andd i dont know what else could be the problem
job done was
New compressor
New aftermarket expansion valve
New receiver/dryer
19.2oz of 134A (according with the sticker on the engine bay)
5oz of PAG 46 oil (according with the compressor specs)
40mins vacuum
low bet 30 and 40. high bet 150 and 200psi
Im frustrated with this situation and i dont know what else to do, even someone told me it could be defective expansion valve but im not sure
any idea will be helpful and appreciated

Both of the fans are working. I even put a dollar bill while the fans were on and can hold it against the grill of the car, i usually wash the rad and condenser keep the air curculating trough them. Im getting a honda oem expansion valve since the one i got its an aftermarket one

Have them put a dye in the refrigerant when they recharge your system again, maybe you have a leak...but a faulty expansion valve could be that. What brand did you get? A lot of aftermarket stuff is much better than oem honda parts, but a lot of them suck pretty bad too

It was four season brand. I got installed the oem one last night and it got better, just waiting for a hot day and see how it goes also did vacuum and compressor oil with dye in case a leak comes out

Were your lines flushed? Did you replace orifice? Did you put proper pag oil in it?
Was the system evacuated of all air with a vacumn pump and filled to 32psi with r134a?
