Default Car Accident, hopes it's minor...

So anyways, I was at a light coming outside the Resort I work at. The car in front of me suddenly reversed and I reacted and I reversed. Well I totally forgot, but my resort had a sign behind me and I went backed up into it. My driver back tire jumped up and my bumper hit the wall.

Anyways, when I drove away, cause I only saw damage to my bumper, I noticed a loud rubbing noise and the back tire on the driver side was litterally bent inwards by a few degree's. I looked under the car, and the drum has a arm snapped off a holder. I will try and take a picture, but everyone is telling me it's the lower control arm, and I looked and it kinda does look like it.

My question is, how much will it cost me to repair this at a shop and is it do-able at my own house if I have a set of Snap-On's and also an air compressor.

with what your saying it sound like the is the lower control arm you can do that yourself at home it's not that complicated to do, but remember after replacing the lower control arm you need to take it to a shop to get a rear end alligment......don't take it to a shop to get that done bro were from florida you how expensive theses guys charge

Jack up the car, remove the wheel, take photos from a couple different angles, post them here.

If it's just the LCA and nothing else was damaged, repairing it yourself will be easy and inexpensive.

Ok,

I can't find my camera and I was told I had to replace the entire rear suspension hub spindle witch sucks. However the spindle's don't have the peice I broke on my car.

^ a picture of a spindle I will be getting. However, the circle is what confuses me. That LCA looks nothing like what I have on my car. My lca looks more like it the Front LCA. :/

Ok I took the tire off. The above is a picture of a right side Hub Spindle for my make and year. What I circled is what is broke on my car, but it's broke on the DRIVER side hub spindle. I am only using the above picture to ask for that part.

If that piece is broke, do I need to replace the whole Hub Spindle, or could I just replace what is broke?

If I need to replace the spindle, is this a decent one? : http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/01-02...4506.m20.l1116

I had the exact same problem, except mine was much worse.

Basically you are probably gonna have to replace the Trailing Arm (the huge bent cylinder that connects the knuckle, spindle, lower control arm, etc.). If you buy the trailing arm it should include a lower control arm, since you cant replace that by itself unless you have the right tool anyways. Also, you're probably gonna have to replace the sway bar, since that most likely bent also.

Truth is, you can do it all yourself, even though i had someone do it for me. I bought my parts on majestic Honda. You probably dont have to replace anything else. Hope this helps. PM me if you need any more info.

Price for parts itself were about roughly 250 for the trailing arm, sway bar, and a few bolts/bushings.
