Everytime i start up the car.. the MAINT REQD light blinks for a good 10 secs then disappears.. what does it mean?

Yup, most likely you need maintenance. Mine also needs one, and I really don't have the time to do it myself, plus I don't want to do it alone and most of my friends don't have time either. Is it really worth it to take it to the dealership? I really don't trust Jiffy lube or Speedy or those type of fast service shops. I need the full service and inspection tune up. (Tranny, engine, brakes, etc, fluids. Spark plugs, coolant and all that) What do you guys think about taking it to the dealership?

If that maintenance light come on then it need a repair or inspection. My come on after a change the engine oil but that came be fix on the front front dash. Just for safety take it to the stealership and they will fix the problem if don't know much about cars. I don't like their services because they over charge for inspection. $106 to see what the problem's then they make an estimate on how much it costs to repairs. WTF!!
