Default 2005 Honda Civic EX SE

Hey H-T guys,
Just bought a 2005 Honda Civic Ex SE and the dealership claims it does not do any maintenance to the vehicles so the tune-up is really left up to me which I have no problem with because I got a really good deal. The vehicle has 63k miles and I'm really just posting to see if I missed something and any other advice as to what I should do. I've already acquired and planned to do the following:
- Full 5w-20 Synthetic Oil (Amsoil Oil/Filter) Love this stuff and get it at an awesome discount.
- Transmission Drain and Refill (Honda ATF) Would it be a good idea to add lucas into the transmission as a precautionary? I hear bad things about these transmissions.
- Air Filter Change (Considering changing to an open element filter as they are less restrictive than the stock one is, thus a possible increase in gas mileage.)
- Change Spark Plugs (OEM)
- Seafoam Vac Line (Brake Booster Line)
- Lucas Fuel Treatment
- Valve Adjustment (Covered under the warranty)
- Belt adjustment/replacement (Covered under the warranty)
- Cooling system drain and refill
- Belt Inspections/Replacement
- Brake System Flushed of old fluid and bled with new Honda Fluid

Any input would be greatly appreciated as to if I am missing something or products to use. Also, does anyone know if all the models have rear drums or something? I was under the impression that since it's an EX, not too mention SE, that it should have 4 wheel disk brakes.
Thanks guys.

What a shitty auto dealer. Is it a salvage they never reported? Did you at least get a carfax?

Only the SI (hatchback) came with 4 wheel disc. If you want to go all disc: https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-civic-2001-2005-78/diy-drums-discs-spelled-out-boilermaker1-2054032/

Honda recommends 110K miles or 7 years for timing belt replacement. Also, when changing the timing belt change the water pump and tensioner. Honda says it doesn't need the tensioner if it looks OK upon visual inspection but, who's gonna pay for your new engine when the tensioner goes in a couple of months? Honda certainly won't.

Inspect all the rubber components of the suspension and motor mounts.

I have a friend who manages a transmission shop and he swears by Lube Gaurd for the tranny:

I just hit 100K miles with a supposed "glass tranny" in the Odyssey and not one single hiccup.

Vehicle was involved in accident and was reported, but was not salvaged. Minor fender bender. Dealership provided pictures of the damage that was fixed and a carfax to the vehicle so that it all checked out. Vehicle is a clean title.
Yeah I'm going to have the belts inspected/replaced and while they're at it, the water pump and tensioner as well. I've thoroughly checked the suspension bushings and they all check out ok. Motor mounts look brand new. Might have been replaced recently. Not sure. Even though if Honda thinks it all checks out, the vehicle has a 4 year warranty for any "hiccups" that may incur that are not my fault, such as if Honda "Ok's the timing belt, water pump and tensioner" and then it all of a sudden goes on me. In that case, they would buy me a new motor.
Lubeguard huh? I will check that out. Was going to use this Lucas Automatic Transmission Fluid Conditioner when I changed the fluid here shortly. Lucas tends to sell a great product so I don't see why it wouldn't hurt. Any input on this? Can anyone else vouch for this lubeguard? Don't want to throw money around.
Thanks.
