2001 civic tie rod problems?
Ok I need some help. I just recently replaced my struts, outer tie rods, and mounts on 01 em2, after I was done I took it to a meineke for an alignment and to have them do the power steering pump and lines(due to me working alot). I got a phone call from the shop saying that the front right tie rod was too short? They explained to me that the front right was I think 3° out?(if that makes sense) they said the tie rod only had 2-4 turns for adjustment and it needed like 15 turns. Everyone I've talked to said they have never heard of anything like that. I'm relatively sure the tie rod isnt manufactured wrong I'm not sure what it could be. My steering wheel is crooked pretty bad.
So my question is would these fix it?:
1.) Disconnecting both tie rods and straighten my wheel, reconnect
2.) Exchange the outers for new ones
3.) Replace the inners as well?

The only time I've ever heard of this is when the inners were on the wrong side but, yours are the same length so that isn't it. Is the other outer tie-rod adjusted way out while that one is adjusted way in? If so then #1 should work. Otherwise I think you have the wrong part(s).

I'm not sure if it's adjusted radically different. What I remember when I did them that one was like 3 turns more then the other one. So idk. Thanks anyway

3 turns wouldn't do that . I think you may have gotten the wrong part. Are the new ones exactly the same as the old ones?
