Default 02 ep3 timing chain stretch?

hey guys i need a little help.

my wife drives a 02 civic si w/ 124k miles.

the idle has been acting a little weird, when you come to a stop or leave it out of gear while off the gas the idles would drop and the engine would vibrate pretty bad then go back up after a few seconds.

today while headed out of town in the civic the car stalled after pushing the clutch in after coming off the highway. when i rolled into a gas station and tried to restart it thats when it got bad.. the idle was crazy jumping from 0-1000 and would only stay running if i held the gas down.. i did not hear and ticking or knocking so i drove it home ( having to stay on the gas when i came to a stop) on the way home i pulled into advanced and used their scan tool. i got these codes..

1) camshaft positioning sensor A
2) 02 sensor bank 1 sensor 2
3) somthing about timing being too advanced
4) cyl 1-4 missfires
5) random missfires

( i wrote the codes down but lost them)

while coming home i noticed it smelled like a lot of unburned gas was coming out the exhaust..i purchased some new NGK's and replaced them when i got home.. the old ones where VERY black.. It did stay running at idle after the new plugs where installed but still bounced all over and vibrated real bad. I then pulled the new plugs back out.. and they where very black after only having it running for about 5 min. also the car has lost power going through the gears.. you have to keep on the gas pretty hard to keep up with traffic..

the car is all stock no aftermarket adjustments or parts..
does anyone know what i might try to get it fixed?

did you check IACV? i've seen those get clogged and have a lot of build up on them that can cause idle problems......
