I have a 2003 Honda Civic 4DR. The problem i got going on now is that Ive installed a pair of after market halo/projector headlights to my car and also added a HID kit 8000K to it as well and its been running fine for about 2-3 weeks now until yesterday where every single DRL light in the headlights literally just burned out, as well inside of the car where the temperature gauge lights are those don't turn on and as well as the tail lights don't turn on. I can signal from the front headlights and rear tail lights also brake light works and when I turn my projectors on; it works but everything else is just black... and I've checked all the fuses and relays in the car and now I'm not certain on what the heck could've went wrong, any suggestions on how to fix this?

Sounds to me like it's the fuse, check again? It's located at the bottom of your steering wheel, look for the fuse for the DRL. Pull it out, put a new one in and test it out. I disconnected my DRL all together by just removing the fuse on mine (04, should be same schematics) and my high beams still work.

Thanks it was a fuse it was just over looked in a rush the first time, it was in the front in the hood everything else under the steering console was all working

i am having the same problem. but only one side headlight works at a time, it seems like. have a pair of aftermarket projector/halos, but no hids, just superbright bulbs. now, my brights notification in the gauge cluster doesnt appear...any thoughts? couldnt be a fuse since one side headlight works, right?

That usually happens when your over powering it but I'm not certain it could be a faulty wiring? and if your high beams are pulled back that also makes that happen when you have after-market projectors with halos mine do the same but i just turn them on and off when i pull the high-beam back it only turns one HID on
