On a normal seat belt they just get in the way. Maybe on a 5 point harness it might actually help, but I doubt it.

I agree they may not look GheyDeeEmm, oops I meant JDM, but they are comfy and stop the seat belt from annoying the hell out of you. Who cares if other people think their rice, as long as your comfortable

Yeah I got them exact ones cuz if not the seatsbealt would be rubbing on my shoulder/neck and it is annoying yeah they prob are ricey...but getting outta your car with a red spot on your neck sucks!

unless you have 5-pt harnesses i wouldn't get them. After a day of racing using my 5-pts my collar bone was almost bruised. I taped a towel onto mine where it was crunching my collar bone, but i think i'm gonna get some just black pads.

Those stop your seatbeat from retracting into their rolled up position and might get jammed inbetween your door when you close it.
