Default Help need setup for agressive look 00 ek

I recently just bought some str 528 15x8 +0 offset. I know these (if I'm correct ) begin cause why they stick out pass the fender. To the question I'm asking, I want go for an stance/aggressive look with these on my 2000 ek coupe on coils (for now) and rear adjust camber. Should I go with some 195/45/15s or..? Obviously should get camber kit for the front. Roll fenders ? Also looking at buying DNA coils? Sorry for all the questions . Really would like a clearer path to take.

Umm... path to take? Why not make your own? Why ask strangers how YOU should build YOUR car?

If you need someone to do it for you, why even bother?

simply cause I don't have the money to be buying parts that don't meet the needs I want or just doesn't do it. I'm not asking someone for their build simply cause I want to just go buy the same parts they used, No. It's better to ask then to be silent.

You're asking opinions as to what you should do with your car........ My question is why do you think you need other people's input as to what your car should look like? It's your money. Spend it how you see fit. If you don't have an opinion or style of your own, why even bother modifying a car in the first place?

What help were you looking for? Maybe I'm not deciphering your nearly incomprehensible first post properly. I read it as you were looking for opinions on what to do, style-wise. Maybe there's something I missed.

I believe he was asking for opinions on what he needs to buy to achieve the aggressive stance he's looking for.
To the OP, I don't think toyomatt is "trolling" you, he's just trying to understand exactly what you're trying to accomplish and also your exact questions. No one is trolling, flaming or bashing so just lay our the exact look you're going for, post pictures of something you've seen that you like.

Some 195/50/15's and a camber kit will accomplish that "style".

I was thinking 195/45/15 incase if I were to want to go lower and less risk of rubbing tires to fenders.

This thread is everything that's wrong with Hondas.

Doesn't want to search for the most common trend/ look in the past couple years

Doesn't have his own style

Will buy some ill fitting XXR and roll fender with a baseball bat. Car ruined check.

I can't believe you kids think that looks good.

I miss cars that look like these.

Remember when cars actually spent time on the track instead of trying to fit the widest cast wheel they can?

Where's the real help? Why waste time commenting your opinion in something you don't like. It's my car, and this happens to be how I want it to be. Cheers

Those tires are undersized for your car.

This is exactly what's wrong with Hondas. If your car isn't dropped with a real set of wheels, real lip and legit parts your car is crap and gets bashed. It's sad how honda-tech has become this and how every one bashes a car if it doesn't have the said parts or isn't clean. If a car has rotas/xxr or any other knock off wheel it gets bashed, but you're driving a honda lol.

I respect a clean Honda with nice parts, they definitely look better but I also respect a Honda with knock off parts and the owner actually modifying the car to his liking and his budget. Isn't that what the car community is about? Many other forums (non-honda) are nothing like honda-tech and you guys are driving Hondas what's in the lower car class, it's not like you guys are driving and modifying cars what cost $30k+, it's a $4k Honda.

Yeah I have a problem with these forums and how every one treats other hondas owners who aren't following every one else with real parts and a drop/lip/wheels.

OP - Hopefully you can get some help and get your car how you want it :D

Clearly reading comprehension eludes you. If you read the above posts, his statement has zero to do with Honda's not getting respected if they aren't slammed on expensive JDM wheels. He states that what is "wrong" with the Honda scene now a days is that all the youth new to Honda's wanna do is squeeze the widest possible wheels in the fenders with stretched tires. Hence creating a completely nonfunctional ill performing car. Few and far between are people concerned with making a clean, fast and well handling car. Luckily I live on the east coast (ny to be exact) and this whole stanced this isn't big here, nyc and the tri-state area(NY,NJ & CT) are very performance minded. That stanced garbage isn't really prevalent out here thank God.

I agree with him 100%, I am 28 going on 29 in September, I been modifying and racing Honda's (legally and illegally) for 13+ years. When I was coming up all myself and my friends were concerned with was making our cars as fast possible, all while keeping a clean look. We didn't have expensive wheels, we mostly had Konigs, Rotas, Buddy Club and etc because we were young and poor. But we did the best we could with what we had and worked very hard to get it. The difference is we were focused on performance. That's the the point the point the previous posters wanted to get across.
