these are rare here in the uk too as most of them are reproduction ebay specials.

EDIT:

I thought MS Designs made the EDM OEM Optional lip/spoiler/side skirts kit? They did for the Civic lineup. But - that OEM side skirt pic is definitely different from the MS Design one.

ms design is a austrian company in europe that did edm body kits. The one i posted was from ukdm a brochure the ms was what seemed a small company making aftermarket parts for honda (hence why there is so little of them about).

as it looks like blazed has a genuine one it means its quite a rare piece.

does anyone have or know someone that has a edm honda brochure with the ms design in it as a optional extra? i have no doubt that blazed a genuine ms piece but did honda offer these as a optional access kit for europe or is aftermarket.

either way a very nice and very rare find

Thanks for the info timmr6 but like Wray (sohc95vtec-t) said, the picture u posted is not that of the MS Design kit. It's possible that MS Designs made parts for Honda as part of their optional kit package, but I cannot confirm nor deny that. Thanks Wray.

i was fully aware the ms design ones are different to the oem ones hence why i worded it "these are rare here in the uk too as most of them are reproduction ebay specials.

(sorry for any confusion) i added the oem photos so people could see the difference. over here in the uk nearly all ms design kits are aftermarket and not genuine parts like yours.
where did you find the ms brochure photos? you have a very very rare item there

The MS Design Brochure photo I posted is out of an old Feel's Honda Twincam catalog I have.

no worrys! we all need help here as ther is so many optional parts for hondas and finding them is quite hard sometimes. I'm still suprised how much there is for these little hondas despite the uk being flooded with them.

those delsol are just as rare here in the uk aswell as europe so i guess that makes them quite rare in the states.
mine were from a 93 esi and weren't in as good condition as those.
note the difference between a few years



heres one delsol you won't see often and as far as i'm aware it's genuine too according the owner who imported it from j-land as new (lady in her 50's)


i have a few brochures from jdm edm and ukdm and have never sen this myself so i cannot say for certain that this is a genuine oem colour. just have to take her word for it.

lol what a coincidence i just bumped into this topic while google'ing read the entire thread..

Tim i just bought your 3rd brake light off ebay! (thnx again) Here in the netherlands the 3rd brake light is extremly rare almost nowhere to be found..

i own 2 del sol's: a red 1992 esi (old daily) and now im the proud 2nd owner of a black 1995 del sol esi..

i'm breaking the red del sol 1992 and have all the EDM parts like the number plate with the fog light (left side), EDM small spoiler (i think most del sols have these), glass headlights 2 pairs with side markers and the light control unit, the glove box without the "bulge", front fenders with the side side markers in them..

i have alot of connect with ppl that sell honda parts here in NL if you guys need something EDM send me a PM and i'll see if i can hook you guys up..
