they should...they usually have a list of stock honda/acura paint codes and all...if not give them the paint code and you'll have to pay extra for them to get it...but they should have it...EBP is harder to get...well, for maaco...but they might have it...

they offer any color you want... but if your gonna go with maaco i would suggest doing all prep your self and taping off any thing that you dont want painted. they do good work but there prep is shitty and thats how they get the bad name. also go for the 4 year warranty if anything goes wrong they fix it for free. heres what mine came out looking like

my total for the full paint job was just under 500. and that included the 4 year warranty. im putting on my stock bumpers pretty soon and he said that he would paint them for free and i would just have to buy a pint of paint for him to paint them. but it really depends on the people who run the stores.

oh yeah and that included all the door jams and everything besides under the hood. i think its called the presidential or the premium im not sure. but that was a hook up price it would probably run about 900-1000 but ussualy you cna bargain with them.

Yeah I agree with who ever said do the prep work yourself, I got a car I had painted at Earl Sheib for $560 and the car was originaly silver and they painted it white and did the door jams to. the paint job was good but they didn't do a great prep job

Their new Supreme Package is kickass. It's usually $1149, but its now $449. That's the top of the line package, which includes any 1-2 stage paint, clear coat, sun fade protectant, rock chip protectant on the vulnerable places and some other stuff. I'm having 2 cars painted at Maaco sometime in the near future. Unfortunately, both are 3 stage paint jobs.. so I'm looking at another $300 per car, and another $300 or so per car if they do the door jams.
But, the owner said 'yeah, if you bring me $1500 cash I guarantee we'll do both of those cars with everything available'. So, who knows

ya every Macco is completley different, depense on the owner since they just pay to use the macco name so they get the insurance cases!
The owner i know is pretty good, but they use cheap paint/primer so i suggest you buy your own and make them use it!

Those paint jobs look pretty good! I heard a few bad things about Maaco in the past. I guess it's just as far as their prepping is then, because those paint jobs look pretty nice from the pics.

i got my car back on friday...i was pretty satisfied with the outcome, although there were some drips on the front bumper and back bumper....they got rid of the dents...(some new ones also appeared) and the car came out pretty glossy...cant expect much from maaco...im not complaining...you do get what you pay for....
i was taking pics of my konigs and RHC2 and i thought might as well take pics for H-T members who are curious about maaco paint jobs...
thanks...enjoy
oh and its not milano red.....ERR its more of a bright red/orange...miss my MR..

What exactly did you prep your self... I mean did you drive your car there with your lights, and whatever else taped off? Did you have to tape of like the interior so they could paint the door jams?.... Also im wondering if you get a complete color change do they paint like the inside of the hood.....Ill probably get my car painted in a few months, and 500 sounds good to me...since im not really going for show... What color was your car before? thanks...

I got mine painted there
They originally painted it the wrong color, they stole my air fresheners, and there was over spray, and also my lip is chipping, but it was worth the 700 with 4 year warranty

Re: does maaco offer milano red paint? (MrSpiLLz)
if you were referring to me, MrSpiLLz, i did the side moldings myself...fixed some of the dents, thats about it i think....they did the rest...i just requested that they tape up the mirrors, and the front grill....they didnt do the door jambs...i assumed it was included in the package but obviously not, i think its about 100 dollars extra for that...my car was milano red...they said that they took the number (paint code) off the door jamb and put it into the machine to color match it...but it didnt come out Milano Red...but to future Maaco clients...tape off everything you dont want painted...i shouldve listened before, but the paint got on my muffler resonator, rims, rear tie bar, and if you can cover the engine...didnt happen to me, but to a friend...

As long as you provide at least a paint code they will be able to find that color.
Just a general question..when you say doing 'prep work', what exactly does that entail? (aside from taping off emblems and such.) --Not tryin to jack your thread.
