Spark plug torque question..
I have a 2003 accord coupe V6 3.0 vtec Automatic.
I recently changed my spark plugs and the manual I used recommend the torque specs somewhere around 12.9 ft lbs.
my torque wrench had only a choice between 12.5 and 13 ft lb, so I went with 12.5 out of fear of over tightening.
Well after some review over the manual that actually came with the car, it said 13 ft lb.
Do I need to tighten all the way to 13 ft lb?
Will having at 12.5 ft lbs cause problems?
