Replacing front pass. seat belt

Replacing front pass. seat belt
Found out that I have a code for Increased resistance in seat belt tensioner for the front passenger side. Immediately, I thought with the lifetime warranty on seatbelts from honda I could just have it changed. Wrong..
I called and since my car title is Reconstructed/Salvage the warranty doesn't apply to me, therefore I've got to replace this myself
I have a coupe so, the whole window panel thing is looking as if it's going to have to be removed and that runs all the way to the back seat. I went at this once and i had trouble getting it off.
anyone taken that panel off for whatever reason? or knows of a diy?

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable and wait AT LEAST 3 minutes before beginning work. This gives the SRS system time to dissipate any residual energy so you don't blow all your airbags and seat belts.
2. Disconnect the seat and buckle connectors.
3. Remove the seat. It's real easy, only 4 bolts.
4. Pop the cap off the top of the seat belt where it's connected to the pillar to uncover the bolt. Remove the bolt.
5. (Not knowing your model I'm guessing about this part) On the piece of plastic molding you're trying to remove, look for any little covers covering bolts/screws, pop 'em off and remove the bolt/screw. If no covers or bolt/screws, pop the passenger side kick panel off (the plastic side molding in the passenger foot well), then pop off the molding covering the seat belt.
6. Disconnect the seat belt connector.
7. You should be able to figure it out from there.
