Problems with 05 honda accord after changing starter
Hey guys, im new to this site, we have a 2005 honda accord 2.4L manual transmisson. Recently the starter went so we decided to change it out today. All was fine with the car until my boyfriend decided to change the starter and unplug all the sensors,etc.
once we started the car back up she will not idle properly or go passed 3000 rpm she starts to buck and lose power and bounce when hits 3000rpm. i was told it could be the MAP sensor or the TPS sensor or she is in limp mode. We did try to get her out of so called "limp mode" due to thats what we where told it was most likely but it didnt make a difference.
This is our daily driver and only vechile and in NEED or this to work ASAP Anybody able to give me advice on how to see whats going on, already had code reader hooked up and shes reading the same ones she has for the past bit ( have one of the parts just havent had the extra money to get it done ) PLEASE HELP it will be greatly appreciated i have one day to try to figure this out due to we are back to work Monday, any help at all

I would start by being sure the intake manifold is sealed back up. Since it has to come off to get the starter out.
What are the actual code numbers you are getting (Pxxxx)?
