My mom has a 04 accord. While she was driving the dash lights started flickering and then the car shut off. I went and checked it out, put the key in and the lights start flickering, will not start, battery is new, jump didn't make a difference. Popped the hood and the fuse box is making a random clicking noise. Sounds like a relay turning off and on and seems to be in time with the lights flickering. I pulled the box and when I disconnected the plug closest to the fenderwell it stopped, any ideas? ??

Well from my own experience on this one was my moms trailblazer did the same thing. The alternator was shot. Hopefully in this case it isn't. It's pretty expensive...

I removed the alternator to get it checked, I hooked the Battery back but it was still clicking.

Ok had the battery and alternator checked, both were good. When the battery is in the cars dash still flickers and nothing works. The windows are electric and stuck down, wont shift out of park without the overide. Even with the key out the dash still randomly beeps and lights flicker for a while.

Did you check for loose/corroded battery cable connections (both ends) and engine ground? Could also be a multiplex issue I suppose. Good luck
