I need a radio cde

I need a radio cde
Help please. My battery died. I killed it. Now I need a radio code The car is a 2003 ACCORD COUPE. The radio serial # is U1123L6807. The Honda Canada site talks about removing the radio to find a serial number. From that they find the radio code. Sounds like a ripoff to me! I found the radio serial number by following instructions found on Honda-Tech. I see where some posters have provided codes. Can someone help me?

Re: I need a radio cde
well i do them all the time at the honda dealership i work at... did u try looking for the code on a little white sticker in either the outside of the glove box or underneath the fuse box cover underneath the hood??. if those arent available then turn the key into the on position and turn the radio off, then hold the #1 and 6 at the same time and turn on the radio while holding those keys... it should give u an 8 digit serial number and that is the number u give to your nearest honda dealer for ONLY they can give u the code... soo u go in there with ur numbers 11236807 and they should give u a code. hope this helps!!

Re: I need a radio cde
Thanks DRE,
I found a small white sticker on the back side of the glove box it has 4 digits, 3 936 shown. However, I cannot figure out how to enter it as I only have #'s 1 -6 on the radio buttons. So, I suspect it 's no the right code? I've tried to enter it anyway, but I get a message "Err1", "Err2" etc. If I enter any 4 digits after the "Err" message then it returns me to the "COde" prompt. I'm up to "ErrE" now & it will not allow any more entries.
Any suggestions?

Hello DRE,
I just found this on another thread. Also, I know that the code needs to be 5 digit (1-6). ,it's off to the dealer as you suggested Thanks again.
