I like the TONE of my 06 Accords horn, but the volume is weak. Its not as dinky sounding as my wife's Corolla, but I want a loud stock style horn. Is it as simple as find a horn from any vehicle and wire it up? is there a common swap?

Yeah...that simple, typically a horn upgrade isn't on the top of a to-do list lol

just go to the yard and find something out of a full size american car, old lincoln,Cadillac etc

I don't even remember what mines out of to be honest, the oe horn got destroyed in a wreck so I resoldered on the harness that was with the "new" horn and heat shrinked it and mounted it. Kind of a low note for an import...my coworkers seem to find enjoyment in pressing the horn button when I leave my windows open

My Odyssey horn is plenty loud enough.

There will be 1 wire leading to the horn and then the horn grounds to the frame, it's that simple. Although, if you go to a bigger horn or go from a single to double horn you're going to need to set up a relay circuit triggered by that single horn wire.
