My rear left seatbelt buckle is facing inward instead of out. There is nearly no gap to flip the belt over. How do I do this because its driving my kids crazy, which then they bother me about it.

I've done that once. Some WD40, time, sore finger, and a lot of pulling.

Pick the part of the belt you don't mind getting "dirty." Bend one small angle of the belt in the gap. WD40 it. And start pulling it. The angle should slowly "turn it around." You need to use force. And will feel like you are stuck. But just keep at it, go slow. Clean the WD40 off afterwards.

This, but I use pliers mostly instead of my fingers if it's REALLY tough.

no shortage off pliers. just dont see how such a small gap makes this possible. Thanks. will return with results soon

Why don't you just unbolt the two bolts holding the seat bottom, flip the belt and re-bolt it down? Takes like five minutes and no struggle or getting anything dirty.

You may want to work the belt a bit first by folding it, back and forth. IIRC, it got stuck like 2-3 times, and on the 4th try, the belt pull through. Once you get through about half way, it's gets easier because you can pull on the actual tongue part, which gives you more leverage.

Can't comment on that exact car because I never open it up. But on some cars, the lower bolt to the body area or the seating for the bolt could be angle. I'm not describing it correctly I think. Basically it only goes one way. Flipping it may work and often will work, but is it safe???? Owners will have to be the judge. If the belt some how make it's way flipping over, it can be flipped back.
