Default Climate Control Faulty?

Recently i have observed that my AC would not cycle the compressor. It will remain on no matter what the temperature is. If i make it to MAX Cool on auto it will throw too cold air and i have to turn it off. It will never trip the compressor even on AUTO. I have dual zone climate. My car is non navigation one.

I have tested evaporator Temperature sensor and it is in specs (30k Ohm at 0 deg C and 7.8 k Ohm at 30 Degree C).

Outside temperature sensor reads fine.

How to test cabin temperature sensor? i have googled it and it seems google does not know anything about such sensor in accord. I am taking about the one that is infront of cluster with a pipe connected to it.

car is 2003 Accord (ACURA TSX Shape)
