check fuel cap
Dear All, I have one 2011 Honda Accord, the mileage is less than 50000, but recently I meet one problem. Last month the "check fuel cap" message showed a few times. Actually I smelled a little gasoline around the fuel cap. But at that time I didn't pay more attention to that. I thought it maybe due to the cool temperature. Unfortunately, the "check engine light" on a few days later. I read the code in autozone, it was P0455. They suggested me exchanging a new fuel cap. I did that and bought a new now from Honda dealer.
After I changed it, the gasoline smell was gone. I thought it was the reason. But yesterday when I refilled, the gasoline smell came again. And today, the "check fuel cap" come again. I don't know what's the problem. Does anyone have some ideas? Thanks
Hope it is not a big issue.
