Default Cant find Horn Relay on 04 Accord?? HELP??

Can anyone tell me where to find the horn relay location on an 04 accord ex? I have scoured the net for hours and I keep seeing that it is located in the under hood fuse box but I can't find it. I found the fuse but there is no relay in there for the horn. My horn isn't working and when I press the horn, I can't hear a relay clicking anywhere so I would really like to start troubleshooting there....IF I COULD FIND THE DARN THING!! Thx in advance for any help!! Lost here!! :-(

Its not replaceable. It is integral to the relay control module.....

Nope, airbag light not on. Horn works when I press panic button on alarm. No voltage at horns while pressing horn button on dash. Checked top of fuse and had 12 V on both sides. Took plate off under steering wheel to access horn connection after horn pad, tried running a jumper from ground to that connection, still no horn. Trying to locate next connection after that to try from there (after cable reel I presume). I have another mechanic trying to help me along as well. Hoping I get this thing figured out! Thx for response though!!

Does the cruise control work? It could be an issue with the clock spring. Any work done to the car recently - rack and pinion change or something.

Haven't checked cruise control, dead sticker now due to horn but I'll try and take it for a short drive and check. Only repair done in the last few months (time when I noticed it stop working) was a new clutch and front rotors and pads.
