Alarm wont shut off

Alarm wont shut off
2003 Honda accord ex coupe
im having a issue with the factory alarm, I don't have the factory alarm remote.
I locked my keys in my car yesterday for awhile I was struggling to open it with a hanger til some random guy with a jimmy unlocked my door real quick and the alarm went off hasn't shut up since, iv disconnected the battery to keep quite.
Iv tried the Lock and unlock and lock and unlock at the door but alarm is still going on (the Honda tech guy told me to do that supposeably cuts the alarm off theft mode) but it didn't. :/ someone please help anyway I can disarm it or disconnect the alarm?
