Accord shudder after axle replacement

Accord shudder after axle replacement
2003 Accord, right axle broke at 105,000 miles. Replaced both sides for safety. They could not remove the lower contolr arm so they had to cut it. Therefore, both control arms were replaced as well. Since the repair, slight shudder at 20MPH when accellerating. They replaced both drive axles with a new supplier's parts as they found one axle to be short very slightly. This did not remove the shudder! Now they are thinking that the new control arm is slightly too long, causing the drive axle shortness.
Anyone seen this before? Thank you very much.

Re: Accord shudder after axle replacement
Are the axle ends seated properly in the tranny and half shaft? That can make the axles seem like they are slightly longer.

Never seen this... unless it's a defective rebuilt axle, which does happen.
FYI... why would they need to remove the control arm to replace the axle?
