Accord 2003 V6 3.0L - Low oil pressure
Hi everyone,
Im having a hard time with my ride.
I have a 2003 Honda Accord LX V6 3.0L. 155,000 miles.
I was on the drive way home but noticed that my car started to get hotter (just above the mid temperature)so I stopped and noticed that my water pump had a big leak, so I stopped and wait for the engine to get cold. Once the motor was colder I put on the radiator some water so I could get home. The thing here is that the water pump had a really bad leak, so the temperature started to raise again on my way home. So the process that I was doing it was to stop every time I could and wait so I could fill the radiator with some water. The maximum temperature my car reached was 3/4 the temperature indicator has and not for a long time. The day after that, I decided to change my waterpump and the time belt too.
I did the job with a new water pump and new time belt. I aligned every mark of the crankshaft and camshafts and were right aligned, then I putted all the parts back together and started my car. Everything was doing good and normal so I was doing some testing drive for 20-30minutes, and then the oil light pressure started to blink. I noticed that when I accelerate the car to 2500 rpm, there was a little "knock", but everything sounds perfect at "idle". I looked at the oil level, but the level was fine (maximum level). I also revised the mounting assembly of the engine, and noticed that 2 bolts are loose because the threads were damaged, so there is only 1 bolt that is tight correctly between the mounting assembly and the engine.
Then I decided to change the oil pressure switch to see if that was the problem with the oil pressure light. After that I decided to buy a "5 minute engine flush" because I can see some dirty oil (the prvoius oil change I did it 1000 miles ago), once I did the flush, oil & filter change, I did a test drive again and noticed that the oil pressure light starts blinking once the car reaches the normal temperature. So it does this evey time I start my car. On cold temperature the light doesnt come on.
Anyone had this in past before? Or any suggestion/idea please?

Thanks for your replies.
Next I did is change the rod bearings to std. Once the oil pan was removed I noticed that everything was really dirty, I wanted to open the head to clean everything above but didnt have time. So I cleaned everything from the oil pan, including the filter.
I put back all together and see if there was a change, I put it a 25w 30 oil and an oil stabilaizer on it. So I turned on my engine and drive test for 30 minutes. I noticed that the oil light only starts blinking at low RPM (500-600) and only when the motor has reached the normal temperature for some minutes after driving.
Someone told that the oil gets "thiner" at higher temperatures so thats why Im using that kind of oil. The car has 150,000 miles on it.
The knocking noise didnt go away. I noticed that it could come from the head, and not from the rod bearings like I was suspecting.
Do you that the oil type it is causing the low oil pressure?
The dirty on th head is making the low oil pressure?
I didnt adjust the valves when I changed the timing belt, this could be making the knocking noise?
