Default 2016 accord ground control spring rate?

Hi there I have a 2016 Honda accord LX with the stock 19 inch Honda rims. tires are all seasons. Im looking to drop the car but still want to keep it relatively comfortable, about an inch or 1.5 inchs drop. I know if I call ground control they will give me the best spring rates used for my car but I was wondering if anyone had any input as far as the amount of pressure the stock struts can take. I dont want to get a high spring rate and have it drive fine for six months then the struts blow out and then be bouncing. Thank you

I lowered a 2008 Accord with Koni Yellows and Eibach springs. I soon found out I didn't like it and went to Ground Controls instead. The '08 was lowered just 1" and some driveways, bumps and the like, were a nightmare.
