Default 2014 Honda Accord EXL

Hi

I bought a honda accord 2014 in September and i think there is some problem with my air vent the left side of the steering

The airconditioner is off ( i cant stress any more)

When i drive at 60mph on the freeway the air vent which is on my left hand side blows hot wind into the car.. the other air vents dont do that.

When i took it to the dealer he said i was not having the circulate inside button on the AC on and i stressed to him that the AC was off the whole time.

Does it happen that hot air blows from the air vent opening on the left hand side of the steering when driving ?

Thanks
Manjit

I think you guys have it backwards. The re-circ button needs to be lit (ON) so the system takes air from inside instead of outside.

I understand that the recirculate button needs to be on ..

But the whole AC system is off. but still the vent on the left of my steering blows in air at a very good speed even if the AC is off (Nothing is ON) when travelling at 60-70 mph

I am not sure why it blows air from the vent and also hot air and whether this is normal

Oh, OK. That is standard on pretty much all late model vehicles. I don't know why they do it and nobody can give me a satisfactory explanation either. I just close the vent when it's like that.
