2008 accord lower radiator hose
Today noticed coolant shooting from end of lower hose where it connects to radiator after parking car. A few questions:
1. Is the best way to access and remove the clamp by removing the splash shield from underneath? I don't see a way to get to it from up top.
2. Should I go ahead and replace the thermostat while I'm doing the work? Pretty sure there's a tear in the hose but not sure if thermostat stuck close or something to overpressure it.
3. Why does no one carry 08 accord parts? O'Reilly's is able to order some but no one in town had any. I have no problem getting parts for my 99 accord.
Thanks.

1. Remove the splash shield. 2. Wouldn't hurt to replace thermostat. 3. Have you tried Rockauto or Honda wholesale dealers?

Re: 2008 accord lower radiator hose
So I replaced both hoses and thermostat. Good for the past 3+ weeks. When I parked car at house today, same thing happened. Coolant shooting out of lower hose connection to radiator.
Should I try a thorough flush or do I go ahead and replace the radiator? No visible damage but it's hard to tell.
