Default 2007 Honda accord power socket in arm rest box dead

I am looking for the fuse for this power socket in arm rest box.
But I cant. just find the fuse for front one. Anyone know that.

The two share the same fuse and relay. So if one is not working, a little more investigation is going to be needed.

Shouldn't be....there is like one screw holding the "panel" in there (my 07 EXL isn't home right now so just using the service manual). Once remove the panel will come out, then there are two wires, unplug those and verify power and ground with a volt meter. If you have that....the socket is dead and needs to be replaced.

Now if power or ground is missing, it gets a tad bit more complicated but nothing that bad.

I really appreciate your help. But what the panel you refer to?

In the center console, there should be a small screw holding the "panel" in.
