2003 Honda Accord Revving up and down, won't idle
I just picked up a 2003 honda accord (2.4L) that as been sitting for a little over a year and a half. I drained the fuel tank, put some new gas in it, and it started right up. Now the car will not idle.
I had changed the battery and had to have a new key made. I saw that when resetting the ECU a re-learn procedure had to be done for the IAC valve. I performed the procedure with no luck. The engine will bounce from 1000 to 2000 RPMs, sometimes staying at 2000 for a few seconds and then start bouncing again, but it does stay running.
I have been doing some research and some people are saying the IAC could just be dirty and stuck, others are saying bad 02 sensor, low coolant, clogged injector etc.
I am currently not getting a CEL, so I am not sure what it is. Does anyone have any experience with this issue or any idea what things I should look at to try and get this resolved?

On the 7th gen it is the IAB that might be the issue.,,,,it is totally different than the IAC found on the older ones.
It is a thermo valve so if there is low coolant or air in the system then I'd want to solve that first.
Is this issue happening all of the time or on;y once the engine gets to normal op temp?

I am leaning towards the IAC being stuck though. I can't get the damn screws off, but I started it and let it run until it started bouncing and then I stuck my thumb over the intake for the IAC and the engine dropped down to the normal speed. As soon as I let it go, it started sucking in air shot right back up again.
Also, the coolant is full and I have ran it enough now that there isn't any air present.
Still trying to remove the screws so I can see if that is the issue.
UPDATE: Removed IAC which was definitely stuck, cleaned it really well and reinstalled. It seemed to idle perfectly for about a minute and then it slowly rose to 1600 RPM and holds steady now.
So that made a difference somehow, but still as issue.
