Are there any suggestions to maintain the life, long-term, for a 2003 Accord with about 150,000mi?

Read your owners manual, it explains everything you need to know. 150k service includes oil change, trans fluid change, rotate / balance, air filter, cabin filter, brake fluid change, coolant change, clean/lube/adjust brakes, belts, hoses etc. If its a v6 youll need a timing belt/ water pump/ seals (usually every 60-105k) and spark plugs at 105k. You might need a few motor mounts, maybe compliance bushings, and/or radiator hoses as well. Take it to Honda to get the best service and parts... Besides all that I also suggest only filling your gas with top tier stations (shell, cheveron, texaco etc)
