I'm having issues with my windshield wipers. Sometimes my wipers work just fine at all speeds, but sometimes things are messed up. Sometimes at the intermittent speed, when I twist the dial to change speeds it doesn't change at all:it only has hi and low. It seems to deal with the temperature but I'm not sure. Any ideas?
