Default 04 Accord Need Help!!!!!!!

I have a 2004 Honda Accord automatic, a couple of days ago the car won’t shift out of park and I also noticed that my brake lights were not coming on. After checking the fuses I replaced the brake switch and both problems were fixed.

Then the next day I was driving to work and the car started slowing down without me pressing on the brake. I pulled off the road and turned off the engine to look into the problem, thinking the mat was in the way. Well it wasn't so I started the car back up. When I pressed on the accelerator the engine would rev up but the car didn't move. Almost like the parking brake was on, but that wasn't the case. Also, the brake pedal was stiff and wouldn't depress either. Could this be related to the first issue with the shiter? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Really? I dont see how that has much if anything to do with not shifting from park or no brake lights.
