Hello all,

I have an 03 accord, 4cyl. I've been experiencing this the past month or two...

When i begin to accelerate from a stop it is very sluggish. However once I get up to speed (say around 35mph) it runs fine and is pretty responsive.

What do you think this is? Also, I have 103,000 and just changed the oil and air filter.

hows you're oil consumption? normal? or is the oil starting to consume at a higher than normal rate (i.e more than 1 quart every 1000 miles)?

It's a 4cyl, and yes the oil consumption is going up...

When was the last time you had the injectors serviced by the dealer? I have my injectors serviced every 30k miles, because the gas is so dirty, here in Texas. It improves the Honda "bounce" upon accelleration, and improves fuel economy.

My 03 does the same thing. It really bogs down when the A/C is running. But when it gets over 20 or so, it runs fine. Mabey thats the case for you too??
