Window - Master Switch wierd ! blergh! HELP!
2001 4dr Ex.
The other day I was rolling down my passenger window and it suddenly halter, no noise, no nothing.
After that moment no windows worked from master switch, not my drivers window, not my passenger window or rear windows.
The rest of the windows work if still controlled individually. Also the mirrors and the "child-safe-lock" still work fine.
I took out the master switch from the door and 10x checked the connectors, to make sure they are properly in. Master switch does not look, or smell fried.
I went to a junk yard and they let me test another master switch, also no power. So unless junk yard switch was broken too...my switch is fine.
I checked the fuses, I removed every single fuse, in dash and also under the hood, and checked visually. Afterwards I checked the fuses in dash w/ test light, and removed fuse #7 (which is instrument panel lights / power window) and power wnidows ceased to work ,so fuses seem fine.
By the way..
The other day, last week, I had to replace my window regulator, the window cable had threaded and stuck in the tube, I replaced the whole regulator/motor assembly. No problems there..could it be something to do w/ this?
Summary:
From Master Switch:
No power windows work
Power locks work / keyless system works
Mirrors work
Child safe lock works
Master Switch: replaced and tested w/ another switch
From Other windows: all windows work
Fuses blown: none (99% sure)
What could be the problem?

You may have disturbed it when you did the regulator....Check the brown wire from the master switch. Make sure there is no open between the master switch and where it goes into the fuse box. Sometimes the wire will break at the door jam connector. If the brown wire is good you may have fried your multiplex controller. Check the wire first we can worry about the multiplex later.

The power window master switch assembly includes the mutiplex control unit. See link:

The 3P Service Connector, what is it and how much does it cost?
Does any auto store like autozone or pep boys carry this 3P, or rent it out as a tool?
Anyway, also considering the PDF file with service bulletin, is the part under re-call or some extended warranty?

The service connector is a jumper. 3P is 3 poles. Honda Part # 07WAZ-001010A retails for like $6 at the dealer.
Check the wiring first like what fiveten mentioned.
Not all TSB are related to recalls or warranties. That TSB was related to 98 Accords with certain VINs. But, you could call Honda to see if it may cover your year and VIN; but, don't mention the regulator.
