Hey, my car keeps shaking everytime I brake. When jacked up, I can shake it up,down,left and right. The axles would also move. It seemed like it was the wheel bearing but when I replaced it, it still shakes. I did a little research and I'm guessing its the hub. Just wanna make sure before I waste my money. Thanks.

Yes, they're still in good condition.

If this happens while braking (and ONLY while braking), you have warped brake rotors.
If you had a bent axle or a hub/bearing issue, it would wobble all the time. Even a tire with a broken belt will weeble down the street just by rolling.
The warped Brake Rotors can be addressed in two ways.
Removing the rotors and have them re-machined on a Brake Lathe or
Have them re-ground on the car via a special fixture (tool) which bolts in place of the caliper.
What year and Rotor attaching method may dictate which avenue you pursue.
