whats the correct way to reset the tcu for 93 accord?
whats the correct way to reset the tcu for 93 accord?.I keep getting code 7 and 8 which is the shift control solenoid a&b i have replace them with new ones and im still getting the code and tranny still wont change automaticlly and also still comes out slow from a stop,only way i can drive it its manually.
ps i have also taken the negative of the battery for a whole day and still same d4 light.i also disconnected the tcu and took it home and talked to it but it dint listen to me

removal of power should have reset the TCU.
A sign of a bad TCU is that the 'D4' or 'S' lite will come on and stay on when the key is turned to the on position.
Be sure the ground at the T-stat housing is clean and tight.
When you had the little talk to the TCU you might have hurt it's feelings LOL.
