I'm pretty sure the EX has a component system in the front, so the ones in the door are 6 1/2s and i'm not sure what the tweeters are up in the corner of the dashboard. In the back it is 6X9's. If you go to a good audio site such as Crutchfield.com, and put in your car, they will tell you exactly what fits your car.

6.5 front
6x9 rear
size of the front tweeters is irrelevant, as you would need to make a custom mount to make them fit.
If you get a 6.5 speaker with large magnet, you will need a spacer in order to keep the magnet from making contact with the window when it rolls down. Circuit City should have the spacers for a decent price.

6.5" up front in the doors, 6x9" in the rear deck. MYO (mount your own) tweeters if you care to.

Just to let you know... I replaced all my speakers inside with Alpine Type R... the rear 6x9s have big magnets that were much bigger than stock and therefore sat lower into the trunk. There's these 2 little bars on the lid of the trunk that get in the way ... they BARELY fit and actually scrapes by every time I raise/lower the trunk.
Once you take a look in there, you'll know what I'm talking about.
Just FYI

Trunk lid tension bars... yes mine do the same thing. They provide the 'spring' to hold the lid open. There's no easy way around it, and it's just an annoyance while opening/closing the trunk. Unless you plan on heavily modifying your car for audio performance, I'd suggest just leaving them in.
