What are some good oil filter for 02 Accord Ex when using Mobil 1 oil?

using mobil 1 synthetic oil... use mobil 1 filter made specifically for mobil 1 oil

Yeah, I use the S2000 oil filter from Honda. I heard the mobil 1 filter is heavily restricted.

They all do the same thing, dont waist your $ on a oil filter if all your gonna do is toss it out in 3 months. Keep it OEM

negative....do your homework and you will find differences in quality and flow.

why use filter when you going to change it? take the filter out of the case and run it lifetime as long as you do your oil change.

That is the most idiotic thing I've ever heard. Without a filter, you just wear out the motor more because of the metal particles floating in the oil.

Where do you get the filter from? I heard the Honda dealer doesn't carry 15400-pcx-004, but I could be wrong.

just fyi they make mobil filters and mobil 1 filters. i don't think the mobil1 is constrictive at all. there's some few graphs and studies in the archives that will show different. mobil 1

http://www.handaaccessories.com. Under S2000. it's like 6 bucks a filter. Yay!

The K&N is suppost to be a really crapy oil filter that is ment for only about an hour use at peak flow but with minimal protection against small fragments. It only stops the big chunks, so i would reccomend against that and i seem to find an oem one to work great!

mobil 1, or k&n they are the only ones I go with... a buddy of mine has a 10 second street car honda, he uses k&N http://www.billshonda.com
