Default Very strange problem - PLEASE HELP!

My girl's 1994 Accord is having a very weird problem. While driving, the ABS light comes on, you can hear clicking from the glove box area, and all guages and other electrical components such as the stereo SHUT OFF COMPLETELY, and instantly come back on. This continues for as long as the car is driving, and I have no clue what the problem is.

I suspect it may have something to do with the infamous ABS light problem many people are having. However, I just filled the ABS reservoir full of brake fluid, which took care of the ABS light before and it would turn off. However, this time is different because of the fact that the electrical components shut off completely and keep turning on and off.

Does anyone know what the problem is? This is driving both of us completely insane, as we both commute in this car. If the problem is ABS related, could someone tell me how to turn off the ABS completely and see if this remedies the problem?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. TIA

On top of the ABS Unit, atleast on the 5th Gen Accords.

I would pull the ABS Fuse If I were you then See if the Problem goes away. I had the Same problem with mine a year ago and I ended up needing the Whole ABS Unit Replaced, So I got one out of a low mileage 94 Ex In the Junk yard that was totaled and It fixed it no problems ever again, and It only cost me $100, and I did all the work myself as usual.

Wow...this must be the month for ABS problems.

My 94 ex @ 150k just started doing the same thing above:- ABS light kicks on/off + stereo shuts off/on + mph / tach drops to zero (if not accelerating). I pulled all my ABS fuses (good thing it's summer)...we'll see how things work out.

I also cleaned up my battery terminals / vasolined them.
