Default Looking to get better MPGs

I recently picked up a 1993 Honda Accord that is very very clean. I had the timing belt, all the seals, valve cover gasket and oil pan gasket replaced with genuine Honda parts. The car is about 98% stock aside form rims and a muffler. What I am wanting to do with the car is get the best possible MPGs that I can. I'm thinking cold air intake, plugs and wires. I looking for any ideas anyone might have that I can use to pull as many MPGs as possible out of this pretty much brand new looking classic Accord. The car has 150 thousand miles and everything works great. Thank you for your help.

Driving habits will make the biggest difference in fuel economy after you've done the standard tune up items (which you've done already). Remember that every time you hit the brakes you are converting energy from fuel burned into waste heat - drive so you use the brakes as little as possible.

You can gain a few % from high quality oil in the motor and transmission, low rolling resistance tires, and low-draw signal bulbs (LEDs in the tail, parking, and brake lights - but be careful not to change the turn signal bulbs). Also check that the plastic fairing is there under the engine, they are often missing and help with aerodynamics. Don't expect huge gains though.
