My turn signals and hazards stopped working and I changed the flasher but they still do not work. What could the problem be?

if i remember right all cars have fuses and also check the fuseable links under the hood and yes check your fuses

find someone with the same car as yours and use there hazard switch. i'm saying this becasue if i remove my hazard switch on my 99 accord the turn signal does not work anymore and if plug it back in it goes back to normal.
