tune up help for 94 accord
i've never done a tune up before, and am planning on doing one soon.
Recently just changed PCV, air filter, Oil, Oil filter.
Obviously i need to change spark plugs & wires. But what kind should I get?
Do I need a new distributor cap & rotor?
And what else do I need to replace?
And if someone could point me to a website with instruction/directions, that'd be sweet too.

Honda original plug wires are good stuff, I wouldn't change them out unless you are having misfires.
Spark plugs[ngk zfr5f-11] and a dist. rotor should set you right.
How many miles are on this creampuff? Does the brake fluid look like coffee?

I'll have to get back to u on the brake fluid? I think its still ok though, as for miles it has roughly 276000 kms or 171498 miles.
I've seen some APC plug wires on ebay, can anyone tell me if those are worth picking up?

^ I have ractive 9mm wires because i am a ricer.. they are fine.. same **** i think.. beats the champions and stuff sold at parts source.. and oh man those bosch wires are awful.. caused such bad misfires.. the apc's should be fine.. As long as you keep the rice mods under the hood where nobody can see then its perfectly acceptable to be a closet ricer like me! lol

Re: (londonsupra)
stay away from APC anything. like stated above, the honda wires are good, unless your having problems or there are visible cracks or deterioration leave the wires alone. therw was a thread posted awhile agot hat etsted 8 yr old OEM honda wires against generic and NGK(i think that was the brand) wires and the 8 yr old honda wires were still better.
but you got it all pretty much down
oil
oil filter
air filter
PCV valve
spark plugs
plug wires(if needed)
dist. cap & rotor
flush and bleed brake fluid
transmission oil
and timing belt if your due
it wouldnt hurt to run some fuel system cleaner through it also, i recomend sea foam if you want to do more then just run a cleaner through your gas, or chevron techron if you want to keep it simple

Re: (pos_cd5)
If it is a Honda then dont forget the valve adjustment, hot. And valve cover gasket and PCV Valve grommet. Check the MAP Sensor voltage back to the computer and make sure its under 1 volt at idle.
Timing belt list can get long.
