Hello all members. I have a Honda Accord model 2002 with engine D16B6 no vtec.
Before 35,000 kilometers i change clutch kit. I bought a Luk set, and gear oil Honda MTF-3.The problem is that it makes noise when downloading from 4th to 3rd gear . What can be ?
I also need to change the brake discs and pads. The car makes daily use.
Suit the model parts from the Rover 610?
Finally with an interest in offering my shop from ebay and not only that has spare parts for that car. Here in Greece has expensive prices .

What kind of noise? Is it grinding? Or chattering?
Grinding would be the gear box synchronizers may be bad.
Rev match the engine rpm to road speed for 3rd gear and see if that helps with the noise.

Rover 600 was similar to '93-'98 English built Accord Aerodecks, which are both based off the older CB/CD Accords. Different rear suspension from CG.

I think the cars do use the same disc pad size. But I think the front pads on the CB/CD cars use a thicker pad on the front.
This is for 260mm front/rear disc braked cars.

Noise during the speed change look like scratches(It is grinding) . If I press the throttle a little more gets more well speed. In no other speed I have no problem.
For brakes say to put brake discs (ebc) and pads (ferodo)
You can recommend a shop that is dependable and send to Greece .

3rd gear synchro is most likely worn out, it will need to be replaced, or if you can rev the throttle to match engine rpm to KMH then the grinding may be avoided.

Rockauto.com has good prices, but I do not know if after VAT/TAX/Shipping would it be any cheaper than locally. They will not have EBC.

I know one of our members who was in France was able to purchase/ship axles from Rockauto cheaper than he was able to purchase axles locally. But the shipping was still more than the part.

Moreover transport for Greece is 80 euros. I sent the email.
I need brake pads , brake discs , straps A / C, power steering and brake fluids .
It suited me some reputable store from ebay.
For the synchronization of the third speed should look to the delegation ; Logically should come down the gearbox , there is no part number ;

For the transmission does it have a sticker on the case?
Such as...

These stickers are the transmission codes and will identify what model and gear ratios/bearings the transmission has.

It might be cheaper to simply replace the transmission with a low mileage unit from a Japanese parts importer if you were planning on rebuilding it.
