Tranny kick-down cable....
I just finished installing a new tranny in my 1986 honda accord and I was wondering about the adjustment of the kickdown cable.
Right now it is shifting at 4250 rpm's obvsiously high, so I need it to shift lower so i move the nuts on the kick-down cable down correct?? thanks guys

When you press the gas pedal at idle, the throttle pressure lever should just start to move as the rpms start to rise.

You have to loosen the nuts on the cable above the lever to adjust it. That what you need?
