Like title said, 4 cylinder ex

22lb's then go 45 degress 3 times through the patter. If there new, you will do it a forth.

the header, bolt and nuts are used and been taken off couple of time.

care to explain the whole process? i have a torque wrench and i know i need to oil the thread to eliminate friction reading
