Default Timing Balancer Belt..

I had a oil leak on my 97 honda accord lx. The leak was coming from the front balance shaft seal. So i had to take the sprocket off and put it back on it which can only go on one way. Then i reinstalled the balance belt and tightened up the balance belt. Now when i car reaches around 3k rpm's i notice a slight vibration coming from the engine..... I am wondering if i missed a tooth on the balance belt? I didnt' have to take off the timing belt b/c it is behind the balance belt so i know its not that........ Any help will be appreciated.......... thanks

it is possible that you didnt align both both shafts correctly. the front and rear balance shafts needed to be timed aswell. the marks on the pulleys need to be lined up with the marks on the block

Did you install the retainer too? You need to check the timing on the belt. You're probably a few teeth off.
