Tail light and exhaust problem
On my 94 wagon, I recently replaced the muffler and B (mid) pipe with the walker replacements, while the car is quieter, I now have a hammering or banging noise on the underside of the car only when the car is slowing down (IE no foot on the gas) or coasting but above 1250 RPM below that the noise stops immediately. I did reuse the rubber hangers however, so Im guessing that might contribute to the problem. However in the event its not the problem, does anyone have a solution to prevent the non-stock exhaust from banging around?
Second Ive got a weird problem with the turn signal in my passenger side tail light, using a multimeter, Im getting an unsteady pulse of different voltages of less than 5V at the socket; the bulb not lighting (Ive swapped with 10 different bulbs to rule this out, plus sanded the base terminal and bulb base) and in turn having a hyper blinker on the right front, but normal blinker operation on the driver side. Normally I would say just replace the harness, however its a tad bit difficult trying to find a new harness with the rarity of the wagon and its aftermarket support.

Re: Tail light and exhaust problem
Is the noise only around the 1,800 rpm range?
In the dark, compare the lights that blink on the drivers/left side to the pass/right and be sure you don't have a burnt bulb......a "hyper blink" is nine out of ten times that there is not the proper resistance.....meaning a bad bulb in the circuit. Getting a new socket to splice into the one you have should not be that hard to find if that is what you think it is.
